FLAVOUR AND TEXTURE
Surprisingly, the celery has a soft and strong texture at the same time. It is watery, but also savoury and with a lasting bitterness. The texture of the celery is crisp and stringy.

SIZE AND COLOUR
Its stalk is thick, hollow and stringy and they can grow to a length of 30-60 cm, but they are usually harvested when its length is close to 25-30 cm. The natural colour of the celery is green.
